Tally, Katniss, and Beatrice.
The other day I realized that I have three different book trilogies (well, one is actually a saga) that are my favorite and they all pretty much have the same concept.
The Uglies
The Hunger Games
and the trilogy I’m reading right not that I already know is one of my top three now, Divergent.
They are all dystopian novels in which a strong female lead in her teens finds herself trying to overthrow a corrupt government, and all three contain a modest amount of romance.
The thing I appreciate most about these books are that all three main characters, while they have some similar bad ass characteristics, are incredibly different.
Tally Youngblood, Katniss Everdeen, and Beatrice Prior. Young, strong, and determined, but so incredibly different.
I wish I could write more but I have to go read.
