Shirataki Noodles
Are not bad.
I tried the tofu shirataki noodles today (as opposed to the straight up yam flour shiritaki, which is also not bad).
You just have to hold your nose when you wash them. The fettuccine version is a little off because of the texture though, other than that it’s pretty good. The fettuccine packet came with a delicious Alfredo sauce recipe on the back which was just 2 table spoons of cream cheese, 2 teaspoons of grated Parmesan, and 1 teaspoon sour cream. I never would have thunk it.
